Donna Maione is a Change Management Consultant with a specialization in sustainability, closed-loop design, and the circular economy. With over 20 years of experience in the apparel sector, Donna has a proven track record of developing creative process improvements and designing clothing for national brands. She seamlessly integrates her diverse design and business background to solve problems innovatively, utilizing her expertise in the design and manufacturing processes through a systems thinking approach. Donna is dedicated to community service and holds pro bono leadership positions in organizations such as Net Impact, Organizational Development Network of New York, and Business Mentor New York. Donna's educational background includes an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from the Fashion Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Change Management from The New School, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Behavior & Change from New York University. Currently, Donna is pursuing a PHD in Design and serves as a Teaching Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University. Her past roles include consulting at Brick by Brick Uganda, Sustainable Design Consultant at Donna Maione Consulting, part-time lecturer of Sustainable Systems at Parsons School of Design - The New School, Creative Agitator at Future of Fish, Director of Business Process & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at The Jones Group Inc. (now Nine West Holdings), as well as serving as Founder & Designer at Donna Maione Inc and working as a Knitwear Designer at Macy's and Liz Claiborne International Ltd.
