January 25. My 7th “Googleversary” as we call it. Now that the shock has worn off and I’ve spent the last few days finding comfort and support in my amazing friends, family and the best coworkers someone could ask for - I’m ready. Ready (and excited!) to take time for me. Ready to reconnect with my existing network, and be introduced to an entirely new one. And ready to thoughtfully and intentionally focus on what’s next. I am eternally grateful for the incredible people I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside these past 7 years and the work we created together. The foundation of Google is its people and regardless of whether we stay or go, we’re always connected.
It’s been a good run, now onward!
