Dov Zigler is not a Vice President at The D. E. Shaw Group. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is currently the Chief International Economist at Element Capital Management, a position he has held since September 2019.1 Prior to this role, Zigler worked at Scotiabank as a Fixed Income Strategist from September 2016 to September 2019, and as a Financial Markets Economist from January 2012 to August 2016.1

Zigler's educational background includes a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS.1 He is also the author of "Israel's Declaration of Independence: The History and Political Theory of the Nation's Founding Moment," co-authored with Neil Rogachevsky and published by Cambridge University Press in 2023.2
