Dovi Frances is an Israeli-American venture capitalist and the Founding Partner of Group 11, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles. He has invested over $600 million in software companies, some of which have become leading players in Silicon Valley. Frances is known for supporting disruptive Israeli-related software companies from their early stages through global expansion. Apart from his role at Group 11, he holds board positions and investments in various companies like Tipalti, HomeLight, Sunbit, Masterschool, EquityBee, and more. With a background in financial services, including Vice President roles at Deutsche Bank AG Private Bank, Frances brings a wealth of experience to the companies he advises and invests in. He is also actively involved in educational and collaborative initiatives, such as serving on the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and the Steering Committee of the Israel Collaboration Network (ICON). Frances holds a Bachelor's degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Born in Holon, Israel, Frances now resides in Brentwood, Los Angeles with his family.
