Dr. Eric Bucher is an assistant research professor with the Children's Equity Project (CEP) at Arizona State University and the Executive Director of the Arizona Association for the Education of Young Children (AzAEYC).1 He holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership & Innovation from Arizona State University and has 16 years of experience in early childhood education.1
