Dear HM

I saw you would like to hang people who kill a cow. I absolutely liked this idea but then I thought how are we gonna maintain "one of the leading exporters of beef" unless you gave a thought on skinning them alive. I dread that day but then you know people like to find the gaps so can you pls clarify on this? Because an export license is issued under EXIM policy devised by the central govt. Are we gonna tweak it to ban beef export. Oh how I love that as a vegetarian and also as an animal lover but we can't do that can we? We are in a world where money matters more than humanity anyway. Everything is on sale. So we can't stop sales because we want to be a trillion dollar economy by " I don't know when" because it kept shifting so I forgot to make a note. Apologies for that.

Now I have a suggestion. Can we hang those people who leave cattle on the streets instead? Can we start giving licences  for cattle rearing only based on the available space to hoard cattle and sufficient space where cattle cab graze freely and peacefully? Can we make this fool proof without corruption and middlemen? Can we stop the unethical breeding of cows? Can we stop cow rapes? Can we hang these people who don't follow these things instead? Can we? Pls? We can also close down illegal slaughter houses. When we are at it, can we also look at logistics issues here? You see how horses are transported in a closed vehicle where they can comfortably stand or I believe they do as I can't see, I don't mind being a cat here. Why is it that we don't transport cattle the same way? I can see the full grown cattle squished in small exposed trucks and maybe the cattle feel it's better to be slaughtered than being miserable? Don't you think that way? It could be me who has overworked the brain being in cattle class.

I will also tell you why I think this way. See, these cattle herders don't care for cattle they care for their business. They won't feed them or even take care of them. They let them roam, sleep and deliver their babies on the streets. Sometimes vehicles do hit them as well but smaller the vehicle higher the damage for the vehicle or the driver but bigger the vehicle cattle suffers because nobody cares. And also streets belong to dogs not to cattle or humans anyway. I am not asking to drive away all those homeless but you see when dogs chase cattle, cattle can get stuck in those barbed wires in panic and they bleed to death because their owners don't care unless it's the time to milk the cows. Yes yes although dogs belong to streets they are now killing kids that I will address another day when you reach there but now that you have thought of cattle, I thought I am sending in some thoughts too so that we don't go and screw up that trillion dollar economy in whichever year it comes.

Can we or can we not?

Sincerely
