Hi folks,

The Becoming Superhuman team is dedicating the next couple of months to collecting, vetting, and then sharing widely 🔹 the most useful and actionable resources on using AI to accelerate productivity, 🔹 solve problems more creatively, 🔹 and enhance decision-making in our professional and personal lives.

We’re curious how real people and real teams are using it.

But we need your help! I’d love to leverage the power of our collective experiences and intelligence and use this post as a forum to:

🔸 share the most helpful or interesting resource on AI you’ve come across in the last 6 months (can be an article, blog, podcast, Youtube video, course, etc.)

🔸 amplify the thinking of those who are doing great work in this space!

💡 I’ll start the conversation by sharing one noteworthy paper from Karan Girotra on ChatGPT’s ability to massively enhance the effectiveness of individual brainstorming sessions: https://lnkd.in/gGWrwpA6

Ken Sterling, Esq., MBA wrote an Inc. article after one of our training sessions outlining five changes that helped him improve his life and his relationship with his phone.

My personal favorite (and the easiest one to implement)? Make Your Phone Ugly!

Go into greyscale mode and decrease the neurological stimulation the phone screen gives you. Research from our lab shows that with this simple change, people spend 1 hour less on their phones a day!

Win 1 hour back to do whatever you like by following these instructions: https://lnkd.in/gQHATbS8
