Dr. Terrence E. Maltbia is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in organizational effectiveness consulting, thought leadership, and education.

He has a background in strategy formulation, leadership development, workplace diversity, and executive and organizational coaching.

Dr. Maltbia has held various key positions in renowned organizations like Westvaco Corporation (now MeadWestvaco) and Rath & Strong Management Consultants.

He conceived and directs The Columbia Coaching Certification Program, a joint initiative between Teachers College and Columbia Business School.

Dr. Maltbia's scholarly interests include strategic learning, leadership, organizational development, diversity, cultural intelligence, and coaching.

He is an Associate Professor of Practice at Teachers College, Columbia University, where he has also served as Faculty Director and held other leadership roles.
