My son completed his first year as an electrical apprentice!

When I graduated from High School the expectation was that if you didn’t go to college, you were a failure. I’m proud of my boy who scored high enough on his ACT to get scholarships and tried a semester of college, then decided it wasn’t for him.

College is not for everyone.

He found Weifield Group Contracting, a company that provides a four year program to become an electricical apprentice, and he is learning incredible skills, loving what he’s doing and flourishing. With an aging workforce and skills shortage we need more people in the trades!

Heidi - the CEO 10x Factor

The most productive time of my career was when I felt like I worked for my Executive Assistant. Heidi was an absolute godsend and helped me achieve 10x what I normally was able to accomplish.

  1. She allowed me incredible focus to spend my time and energy on the things that were most important and lean into my strengths.
  2. She allowed me to be present in the conversations coaching, and meetings instead of thinking about the details of what needed to happen.
  3. She removed a lot of the distracting elements that I often didn’t have the discipline to ignore so I ended up chasing all of the shiny objects.

Even today, I strongly recommend the CEOs and leaders that I work with to find a Heidi in their life. I’m so thankful for her and was so happy to see her this week nearly 10 years since we last worked together. Thank you Heidi!
