You can't talk about Artificial Intelligence without considering the infrastructure required: efficient compute and loads of energy.

Venture Capital Journal has been publishing a series of articles focused on exactly that: data centers as a massive innovation opportunity. We're proud backers of many companies tackling these difficult problems with cutting edge solutions.

Proud to be included in their recent article on nuclear energy, where we discused X-energy and the broader SMR market: https://lnkd.in/guNGk23u

And shout-out to Mason Hale for his insights on Groq and efficient compute, as a feature earlier in the series. https://lnkd.in/gaa47SWM

🇺🇸 "Generational opportunities are rarely so clear, present, and possible. We have a chance today to reclaim our future. We can and will rise to the occasion."

🏭 Pete Mathias and I spent the last week in Detroit at the first Reindustrialize Conference, a collection of builders, investors, and policymakers focused on the intersection of manufacturing and technology. More specifically, how we can leverage technology to bring more industry back to America.

It was an honor to meet some of the brightest minds in critical infrastructure and national security throughout panels, debates, dinners, and happy hours, primarily hosted at Newlab (an incredible building and resource for Detroit!). This is how we win.

⏳ A full recap of thoughts and takeaways to come...

Special thanks to Mike Slagh, Kate Moon, and the entire crew for hosting a fantastic event. Next year is going to be even better.
