Duanecia Evans Clark, a native of Harlem, is the Founder and Chief Brand Strategist of the Creative Summer Company, a creative services agency catering to Black-owned brands with strategy-informed visual and digital identity.

She is a 2020 Pahara Institute NextGen fellow, focusing on cultivating underrepresented leaders in education. Duanecia holds a master's degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.

Her career in public education has been marked by efforts to recruit and retain Black educators and establish partnerships with various national organizations to advocate for equitable school practices.

Duanecia's notable achievement includes securing a $10 million grant for TFA's Black Educators Promise, aimed at increasing the number of Black educators and enhancing teacher retention.

She is recognized as a visionary leader creating people-centered social impact strategies for both national and local brands.
