Ebony Clark is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in natural resources, specializing in the mining and oil & gas sectors.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, a Master's in Water Resource Management, and a Master's in Engineering, with a focus on Water Resources.

Having started her career in the Environment team of a global mining company, Ebony gained expertise in social and environmental risks, land use planning, closure methods, and site assessments.

Transitioning to Operations, Ebony managed a large team at a major open-cut mine, honing her skills in production planning, maintenance, and the mining value-chain.

She further excelled in a leadership role at Australia's first Integrated Remote Operating Centre (IROC), overseeing dispatch, analysis, production planning activities, and navigating various Union agreements across multiple mines.

In her recent roles, Ebony has spearheaded digital transformation programs in oil & gas and mining companies worldwide, showcasing her diverse, international experience and understanding of operational risks.

Her vast experience allows her to approach problem-solving with a comprehensive view, taking into account social and operational complexities that may arise.

Ebony has held key positions at prestigious organizations such as Deloitte Canada, Global IO, and BHP, where she served in various capacities from Environmental Advisor to Senior Manager.
