Representation matters. Community matters. Uplifting each other matters. It is truly amazing to see the outstanding leaders from all industries and to acknowledge the great work they have done for the community. In particular, my long-time big boss, mentor and role model Julia Gouw, congratulations for winning the award! All the things you have done along the years for our community, women and minority groups keeps inspiring us to stand up, lean in, move forward and make bigger voices.
