Ed Colligan is a prominent figure in Silicon Valley, known for his contributions to the personal technology revolution.

With a rich background in product and marketing innovation, Ed played key roles in shaping groundbreaking products and brands in personal computing history.

During his tenure at Radius, Inc., Ed was instrumental in establishing the Radius brand as a leader in graphics and graphics imaging at the onset of the desktop publishing revolution.

Transitioning to handheld computing, Ed made significant strides as the first vice president of marketing at Palm Computing, where he played a pivotal role in developing the original Palm Pilot and Palm brand, dominating the market with over 90% share.

Continuing his quest for mobile innovation, Ed co-founded Handspring, a venture that produced the iconic Handspring Treo, considered a precursor to modern smartphones.

Ed later orchestrated the merger of Palm and Handspring, driving Palm's smartphone business to annual revenues exceeding $2 billion.

As the CEO of Palm, he spearheaded the development of the acclaimed WebOS platform and Palm Pre line of smartphones.

In recent years, Ed has shifted his focus to impact investing and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, serving on the boards of Numenta, Inc., POPS Worldwide, and Levered Learning, among others.

Currently, Ed holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Americas, and board member at Low Carbon, leading efforts in combating climate change through renewable energy initiatives.
