After an underwhelming visit to Yamaha's European Flagship Music Store, I followed up, and visited Gibson, Inc.'s new flagship store in the heart of London's West End. Gibson knocked it out the park, and they set a new bar for musical retailers to hit: · Ensuring even the cheapest instrument in the shop (a sub-£200 Kramer Baretta Special) was set up well, and a pleasure to play · Amazing brand-sympathetic styling · Comprehensive range of instruments · Expert, friendly attentive staff on-hand happy to give their advice
All of which gave me a reason to want to buy direct from Gibson, Inc. even without a free event to entice me in (although if you read this Cesar Gueikian, please do put some on!)
If you're looking to grow revenue and generate loyalty in existing customers through a data-driven integrated retail and technology strategy, contact me to find out how EPAM Systems can help from strategy development through to roadmap & delivery.
