I’m a huge fan of Robert Glazer’s work and this one is spot on as usual. This should hit home on a personal and professional level as we are all seeing all of these subscription services try to grab a hold of $19.99 and then slowly crank their prices. And at work are always challenged by competitors who play the unsustainable “drop your pants” discount pricing model. Worth the quick read.
