Under the leadership of Nicole Hamann , President of Epiq’s Class Action, Remediation, and Mass Tort business unit, Epiq has consolidated its Mass Tort teams with its rapidly growing Class Action group.
David Garcia, EA, MBA, PMP will serve as Vice President of Epiq’s Mass Tort Services overseeing all aspects of settlement administration and lien resolution work in Epiq’s Mass Tort unit, which includes the design and implementation of settlements, budgeting, personnel management, and quality assurance.
“I am energized by the opportunity to lead Epiq’s Mass Tort team,” Garcia said. “My priority will be the integration of our recent technology enhancements with Epiq’s longstanding reputation for customer service in the legal administration market.”
Sylvius von Saucken von Saucken, Epiq’s Managing Director, will continue to serve in a strategy and advisory role focusing his time on developing Epiq’s Mass Tort consulting teams.
