After a transformative year filled with profound love, the wildest highs, and challenging lows, I am returning to Qualtrics with a wealth of new skills honed during my first year of motherhood. It's the biggest cliche but true - there is no one more efficient, with a greater ability to multitask, prioritise, negotiate and regulate their emotions as a mother; skills that add immense value in the professional sphere. The hardest working people on this planet are stay-at-home parents (mothers, let's be real) who are raising the next generation.
The company I am returning to has undergone changes, and I cannot fail to mention my sadness at what has passed. Nevertheless, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to return and to my colleagues (friends) who have reached out and welcomed me back Susie Griffin, Gavin Murray, Peter Hayes, Douglas Faughnan, Brian Bliss, Luke Byrne, Johannes Williamson, Jashan Bhatia, Richard Burns, Caoimhe Burke, Garreth Fennell, Matt Trickett, Shane McCallion, Jack Archibald, Gaurav Bhagat - and lots more of you to catch up with.

Unfortunately due to my online shopping habit, I am very familiar with having to organise online returns. Evri, Yodel, DHL, UPS, DPD, home collections, parcelshop drop offs - I've been there. My local Post Office offers the easiest, fastest, most efficient and friendly way to return parcels and if I have a choice (which you often do), I will always opt for them (and end up purchasing some stationary, stamps for birthday cards etc while I am there).
This is a testament to the great CX and cultural investment and transformation the Post Office has made in listening, understanding and acting on customer feedback. Qualtrics is proud to be their partner in this space.
