Eleanor Lim is a highly educated individual with a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Certificate in Chinese Studies from Capital Normal University.

Her professional experience includes roles such as a Teacher at Peninsula Covenant Church Preschool, the Summer in San Francisco Program Coordinator at San Francisco State University, the Out-of-School-Time Programs Coordinator at International Rescue Committee, and the Case Management/Volunteer Coordinator at Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture.

She has also served as an ASSIST Program Intern at the Human Rights Clinic at HealthRight International, a Site Coordinator for the Saturday Learning Series at the International Rescue Committee, a Research and Policy Intern in Women, Peace, and Security at CARE International, and an Assistant Manager at the Refugee Youth Summer Academy at International Rescue Committee.

Furthermore, Eleanor Lim has gained valuable experience as a Production Runner at the 2008 Beijing Olympics with NBC Universal.
