Thank you Smiley Charity Film Awards for a wonderful evening celebrating all things charity film making and storytelling in London’s Leicester Square.
To be finalists in such good company was an incredible achievement and a credit to all those involved in our project. Joel Oxberry, MOREVER, Nicky Clark and our lovely clients Martin & Kerry.
Mental Health was a dominant performer on the night highlighting the turning tide in coming forward if you’re struggling. We saw innovation through animation a popular hit with the judges as well, Alzheimer’s taking the overall win for their fairytale film that gets me every time 😭
Sidenote: I thought the dress code of “dress to impress” was a lovely inclusive way of saying “you do you” instead of enforcing a protocol like black tie. Big fan. 👏
Onwards we go, we’re not stopping. Plenty of stories to be told about our 2000+ veterans we serve every year.
