Elena Caballero is a highly experienced professional with 21 years in the educational field, specializing in Social Support and Risk Management. She has been involved in various projects related to Social Projects, School Kits, Student Tickets, Educational and Health Emergencies, as well as Traffic Education. Elena is an instructor for the School Safety Course, Esfera Project, INEE Standards, Safe School Community, CPI, Wash, among others. Elena has been associated with notable organizations such as the Hispanic Community of INNE and has held significant positions at the Ministry of Education and Culture of Paraguay, where she served as a Technician, as well as the Ministry of Education and Sciences, where she was in charge of Risk Management departments.
