Elena Sinelnikova is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in software engineering, blockchain technology, and full-stack programming.

With over 20 years of experience, Elena has been a key figure in the Canadian Government and Law Enforcement sectors, specializing in designing and developing Enterprise Software Systems.

Elena has gained recognition for her contributions to the fintech and blockchain industries, being named as one of Canada's Top Women in Fintech and Blockchain and one of the Top-20 Most Influential Women in Blockchain.

She has been featured in prominent industry publications such as Cointelegraph and Globe and Mail, and has spoken at major conferences like ETHDenver, Collision, Blockchain Futurist, and Consensus.

Currently serving as the Decentralized Coordinator for Human Resources and Education at MetisDAO Foundation, Elena is instrumental in fostering a conducive work environment, overseeing talent acquisition, and promoting continuous learning.

In addition to her role at Metis Foundation, Elena is a co-founder of Metis and has played a significant role in its growth from a start-up to a successful business.

Prior to this, Elena co-founded CryptoChicks, a non-profit organization dedicated to women in Web3, which has now become one of the largest blockchain advocacy and education non-profits worldwide.

Elena holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) and has held key positions in various organizations, including Metis Foundation, CryptoChicks, and eSolutionsGroup.
