🚀(PRE)𝐋𝐀𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐇 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓🚀 We’ve been working on it for months. It is for leaders. It is about Strategic Execution. It is coming sooon. And it is free!
OK, a bit of context. I've spent the last 5 years helping leaders and companies improve how they make the link between their day-to-day and the strategy.
It is not rocket science, yes a lot of teams are struggling.
So, with the team we've been thinking about how we can help solve it in a didactical and pedagogical way.
Something light. Yet full of actionnable insights to make an impact fast.
So, we put a big bunch of knowhow into an email course. 5 emails. 5 days. And it is free.
The Objective? Help you improve your strategic performance (and identify improvements you can implement now)
Here's a sneak peek:
📅 𝐃𝐚𝐲 1: Articulate your Company's Strategy (to build a strong foundation) 📅 𝐃𝐚𝐲 2: Design your OKR Implementation Plan (to identify your unique OKR fit) 📅 𝐃𝐚𝐲 3: OKR Definition Workshops (to write meaningful OKRs that drive change) 📅 𝐃𝐚𝐲 4: Design your Execution strategy (to ensure a successful implementation) 📅 𝐃𝐚𝐲 5: Adopt best practices of OKR Overachievers (to unlock high strategic performance)
Curious to discover what we have cooked for you? Leave a comment and you’ll be the first to receive the link when it is ready 🙌

A zest of fun before the WE. This picture is one of managers' biggest fear, isn't it? ➡ unmotivated team members.
Well, there's a way around it.
And - spoiler alert - it is not 'more command & control'.
My take: It is about providing team members with more PURPOSE.
A reason to be here every day.
A motivation to be part of something bigger than themselves.
It can be about the company's vision...and how they contribute to it.
I've seen team members eyes' spark very often when doing strategic workshop and involving them in the definition of their team OKRs.
But PURPOSE can also be simpler things such as learning new things or be part of a great (and fun?) team.
And you? What is your 'why'? What makes you motivated to do what you do?
I personnally enjoy a lot to connect people, help them explore new boundaries, innovate and make a positive social and environmental impact.
I wish you all a good friday and hopefully without 'Dwight' syndrome today! 😉
