Highlights
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Market Access Brand Manager at ViiV Healthcare!
Today marks my final day on the Sales and Marketing Summer Placement at #GSK
It has been a very enjoyable 3 months and the time has flown by! During my placement I have been able to gain a deeper insight into the commercial side of GSK and the pharmaceutical industry in general. Whilst being at GSK I have contributed to creating new marketing material for products in the Respiratory Portfolio whilst also gaining first-hand experience working alongside sales representatives. I have particularly enjoyed understanding more about digital marketing and how it can be optimised in this industry. I am confident all these experiences will be extremely valuable for my career moving forward.
I am hugely grateful for having been given this opportunity to work at GSK this summer and would like to take this chance to thank my manager Samuel Hiscock for being so supportive and helpful throughout my placement.
I would also like to say a big thank you to everyone else I have worked with on my placement, all of you have been great!
I will now be returning to the University of Bristol to complete my final year studying Pharmacology. This year will be a busy year for sure, as I will be writing my dissertation, president of my course and studying for my final exams!
