At PilotRock Investment Partners, an SEC-registered hedge fund, he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's client assets from $250M to $1B while overseeing fintech investments. His strategic investments in renowned entities like Visa and MasterCard have yielded substantial net returns, amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars for clients.

Educationally, Eliot pursued Ph.D. courses in computer science and financial engineering at The Graduate Center, CUNY, excelling with a perfect GPA of 4.0. His academic journey also includes a B.A. in Accounting & Information Systems and Economics with High Honors from Queens College, and progress towards a B.Arch. at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Furthermore, Eliot's educational foundation was laid at Stuyvesant High School.

Prior to this, his stint at Ernst & Young involved groundbreaking work in digitizing critical infrastructure for major US banks and contributions to derivatives valuation and financial institution audit groups.
