Highlights
Way too many meetings are a waste of time. We discuss, debate, and deliberate. But at the end we wonder, "What did we actually decide?"
In business, we need to move faster and use our time efficiently.
It's time to break the cycle and become a decision-making powerhouse with IDS: Identify, Discuss, Solve.
- Identify: Pinpoint the root problem, not just symptoms.
- Discuss: Stay laser-focused on relevant facts and experiences.
- Solve: Decide if it's urgent, solvable now, or needs clear action items.
IDS transforms your team into a decision-making machine, moving you closer to key objectives faster.
This week, commit to implementing IDS in your meetings. Watch your business accelerate as you cut through indecision and seize opportunities.
Check out this video to learn more about mastering the IDS method.

Just returned from an incredible two-week journey through Vietnam and Cambodia. Fully unplugged from work – no calls, just a few emails. Just me, my partner, a world of sensory overload and serene tranquility.
I've always believed that travel changes you. It's impossible to return home with the same thoughts, tastes, or worldview. Travel—especially when it veers slightly off the beaten path—energizes and inspires in ways I can't quite articulate.
It took me years to understand and appreciate the value of truly unplugging from work. Of fiercely protecting time and energy to immerse oneself in extraordinary experiences—whatever they mean for you. Of silencing the ping of emails and quieting that nagging voice that says the work world might crumble without you.
Real living and beautiful experiences unfold when we shut out the noise and open ourselves to the world around us. As ambitious entrepreneurs, we have an opportunity to both build great businesses AND live extraordinary lives.
It's about harmony. It's discovering that sweet spot where work enables experiences, and those experiences, in turn, fuel work. They provide inspiration for innovation, reenergize us and boost productivity. This harmony looks different for everyone.
So, I'm curious: What does your ideal work-life harmony look like? How do you create space for time off and meaningful experiences in your life?
