Elise Topazian is a highly skilled program leader with expertise in strategic problem-solving, project management, data analysis, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

She holds a Master of Education - MEd in Special Education from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Philosophy from Wheaton College.

Elise has a proven track record of leading government and nonprofit teams to provide lasting solutions to complex challenges, particularly in reducing and preventing homelessness in US cities and promoting equitable outcomes for students.

Her past roles include serving as a Strategy Lead, Program Lead, and Systems Improvement Advisor at Community Solutions, Inc., as well as holding positions such as Executive Functioning Specialist at The Quad Preparatory School, Special Education Coordinator at Uncommon Schools, and Dean of Students at Uncommon Schools.

Elise has also worked as a Lead English Teacher, Exceptional Education Department Chair, and Exceptional Education Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools, a Corps Member at Teach For America, an Intern at the United States Senate, a Teaching Assistant at Wheaton College, a Fellow at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and an Art Reader at Kodon Literary Magazine.
