My old colleagues at 7Geese (we created amazing Performance Management software) have started something new in a similar space. The team wants to build something super practical and impactful for performance and need more clever brains to help them do it!
They’re looking for People & Culture folks in companies that are anywhere between 30 - 150 ppl (ish) - or really anyone that spearheads culture and people operations - willing to give open and honest insights and feedback as part of discovery. That’s it.
In exchange for 30-45 mins of your time, the team is offering a voucher (any vendor of your choosing) or a donation to a cause on your behalf. If you can provide a relevant referral, we can increase the amount we donate on your behalf too.
If you’re in Vancouver, BC or Toronto in HR or tech, support a local Canadian product in our space and let’s launch another successful product! If you're not in Canada, we still want to chat - we're not restricted by geography.
You can book a time directly in the link below. Tagging a few local folks and friends in here...feel free to share the love!

Four years ago, Amin Palizban & Wendy Pat Fong took a chance on hiring an Aussie they’d only met on Google Meet for a small Canadian start-up called 7Geese (let’s all remember this was a rarity pre-pandemic). They weren’t 100% sure what to do with me so given my “mixed bag” of a background so they popped me into the Customer Success team and told me to go nuts.
I am SO grateful they did.
7Geese challenged me to do some very meaningful and impactful work. I loved our purpose to “help people grow and achieve more, together” and my personal experience certainly fulfilled this and more.
I travelled the globe to partner with our incredible customers, facilitated hundreds of Executive OKR sessions in almost every continent, presented and participated in amazing global events, contributed to building our internal company culture, led our CS function (the best humans) including navigating the pandemic and finally, was part of collectively achieving our loftiest OKR (goal) to date in being successfully acquired in order to fulfill our mission to reach millions of users.
Now it’s time for a new challenge.
After 7Geese, you can bet the bar was high for what comes next. I was pretty darn picky. I had to find a company with a core purpose and values I truly believe in…not to mention it had to be a kickass product that I believe will actually make a difference in this world.
Today, I am delighted to announce that I have joined the ThoughtExchange rocket ship as their new Director of Customer Success. I could not be more excited to join a company that has built a product to drive inclusive and meaningful conversations, helping companies make data-driven decisions that allow ALL voices to be heard.
As I wrap up my first week with TE, I am already blown away by the amazing, thoughtful and considerate culture they have created here. What excites me most is how I can clearly see a genuine appreciation of their customers and a desire to help them make a real impact. I cannot wait to take on this new challenge and see where this rocket ship takes us!
