Elizabeth Maroon

Elizabeth Maroon is a climate scientist with a keen interest in coupled climate variability and prediction. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics and Atmospheric Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Atmospheric Sciences, and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Washington.

Currently, Elizabeth Maroon serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously, she worked as a Project Scientist at NCAR - The National Center for Atmospheric Research, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington.
