Ellen Remmer, a respected figure in impact investing, philanthropy, and social change, has been recognized for her contributions by being named one of the 2024 Forbes Fifty Over Fifty women in the investment sector. With a career spanning over 30 years, her focus has been on empowering philanthropists to create transformative impact and promoting the importance of impact investing as a driver of social change.

Ellen co-founded Invest for Better (www.investforbetter.org) alongside Janine Firpo. This organization is dedicated to mobilizing women to utilize their investment capital for positive social and environmental impact.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Wesleyan University.
