Ellie Johnston is a versatile professional with a background in environmental sustainability, energy, and climate change.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and has also studied at NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School).

Ellie has held various roles at Climate Interactive, including Engagement Director and previously Climate and Energy Lead. Prior to her time at Climate Interactive, she served as the Lead Now Fellowship Director at SustainUS.

Additionally, she has represented SustainUS as a delegate at COP15 UN Climate Change Negotiations and served as the Steering Committee Co-Chair at Southern Energy Network.
