Emil serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, OR, where he imparts his knowledge and experience to aspiring legal minds.

Prior to his current roles, Emil honed his skills at the Office of General Counsel at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, focusing on ethics, litigation, and intellectual property matters.

With a strong educational background, Emil earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from Howard University School of Law, complemented by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Howard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Political Science from UC Irvine.
