Feeling really, truly grateful for the opportunity to begin my leadership career here at Salesforce as a Manager of Solution Engineering! The past 4+ years here has been a true whirlwind. I've never learned so much, have been more challenged, and worked with more talented people anywhere in my career. Throughout this time, I've always known that I wanted to end up leading, mentoring, and growing others - so I am pinching myself that I now get to do that full time.

I could not be more grateful to my previous leaders: Jamie Hansen who took a chance on me and hired me here at Salesforce, and led me within my first years as a SE. I would not be here without you! Craig Allen who led me so well and helped me grow further into my SE career, and Kiev Wan and Courtney Weiner who have been my biggest advocates as I've taken my first steps into leadership. And finally, thank you to Chris Peel for giving me this opportunity to lead our SEs! I am eternally grateful.

Many, many thanks to my peers, leaders, and mentors for the endless encouragement and support.

I can't wait to start this new role as a leader!

“... see regret not as something to avoid someday feeling because you tried and failed, but instead to avoid someday feeling because you never tried at all.” Very encouraging article!
