Highlights
Ever notice how the simplest moments offer the greatest insights?
This morning, during a walk with my child, I was reminded of how work and life don't have to be separate.
It’s amazing how, when we’re open to it, wisdom comes from the most unexpected places—like the pure honesty of our kids.
As leaders, it's important to pause, listen, and appreciate these moments of clarity and gratitude and I'm grateful I got to bring the wisdom into a client call today 😊

Have you ever had a bad experience with someone?
Now have you ever taken that bad experience and then placed it on someone else that might not deserve it?
Think of past times when you were disrespected see if you are continuing that pattern for the future.
Maybe it was a heated discussion with a colleague over a political issue that ended your friendship, and now any mention of the "opposing" political party support you automatically are "turned off."
Or maybe it was a mentor that scolded you in front of your peers; now, you don't speak up in meetings anymore because you can't go through that experience again.
Or maybe you tried making a new years resolution only to have a bad accident three months into your progress, causing all your work to "be for not," and now you avoid making goals or long-term commitments because something "always goes wrong."
Whatever your bad experience is, be careful not to overgeneralize and place on something or someone that might help you WISE up.
