Highlights
With the release of Patreon first Transparency Report comes an update for our Community Guidelines. I'm proud to be a partner with our Policy Team (shoutout Courtney Duffy) who leverage our creator community's feedback through livestreams, online Q&As, small group and 1x1 convos to make sure we're creating guidelines WITH and FOR our creators. Companies take note of what it means to have Community, Policy and Trust & Safety hand-in-hand!
Now open: Head of Account Management at Patreon! Strong preference for finding someone who's got a background in scaled CS as well as having leveraged c2c community building and programs within their work, as my team (The Community Team) will directly report to this person. This is a director-level role that reports to our COO. https://lnkd.in/gtHciauC
