Emily Lonigro is an activist, small business owner, entrepreneur, teacher, mother, partner, writer, speaker, and gardener.124 She is the President and Founder of LimeRed, a social impact branding agency founded in 2004, and Even Made, where she develops workshops and training programs to teach home improvement skills.12 She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW).3

Lonigro is the Business Leadership Chair for We The Change, a group of international women CEOs, and the fundraising chair of her school’s PTA.1 She previously served on the boards of Free Street Theater, The Feminist Media Foundation, and We Will, and taught in the media department at Columbia College.12 She lives in Skokie, IL, with her wife, three children, two cats, and a dog.2

Lonigro says she is excited to be a part of the Chicago Foundation for Women’s Board to help drive positive change and expand her commitment to community building and gender equality.1
