Emily Pittinos is a highly educated individual with a strong background in poetry, creative writing, and education.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan where she studied Poetry. She also pursued a Master of Fine Arts in Fine Arts, Creative Writing from Washington University in St. Louis and furthered her education in Creative Writing at Interlochen Arts Academy.

Emily has been actively involved in various organizations and educational institutions. She served as a High School Poetry Instructor at Interlochen Center for the Arts, a Senior Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Lecturer at the same institution.
