Dr. Emily R. Lowry is a distinguished professional with a strong background in Neurobiology and Genetics. She served as the Co-Scientific Director at the Project ALS Therapeutics Core at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Additionally, she took on the role of Scientific Co-Founder and Senior Scientific Advisor at ProJenX, Inc. Dr. Lowry also worked as the Director of Operations at the Project ALS Therapeutics Core, further showcasing her organizational and leadership skills.

Dr. Lowry's early career includes roles such as Associate Research Scientist, Postdoctoral Research Scientist, and Graduate Fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and The Rockefeller University. She also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Columbia University Medical Center and Barnard College, and as an Intern at Mahidol University and UCSF.
