Lifelong learning is so important. It’s not only a chance to boost your knowledge and skills, investing in yourself is also great for your wellbeing. With this in mind, I’m delighted to have completed and passed a course on Organisational Analysis with Stanford University. This is a course that bridges theory and practice; I’ve learnt about different theories of organisational behaviour and their application to real cases of organisational change. It has been great to spend some time developing a toolkit of theories that help make sense of different approaches to organisational decision making, learning and culture, as well as the impact of an organisation’s wider environment and networks. I look forward to finding new ways to apply my learning! Thanks to Future Academies for supporting me with my studies.
