Highlights

Apr 29 · linkedin

No content other than appreciation for my entire team grinding it out this quarter with grace and professionalism - 48 hours left in the (shifted) FQ! 🚀

Jan 9 · linkedin

Every January, I take on some sort of psychophysical challenge to kickstart the new year with as much focus and mental clarity as possible.

My playbook this month:

  • Daily, intentional exercise
  • No alcohol!
  • Early, consistent wake up calls
  • No social media of any kind (LinkedIn is my “exception”)
  • Start each day in the gratitude journal
  • For every novel, read a non-fiction/memoir/self-help book
  • No takeout - either cook at home or sit down at the restaurant

One full week under my belt with this list and I feel more rested and attentive than I have in recent memory. My attitude in every facet of my life has improved, and I’ll probably extend the challenge past January 31 (someone ask me how I feel February 1.)

Cheers to anyone else taking on any challenge this month, one week already done and dusted ✅
