Highlights
In 2021 Meg Murray Jones founded the very brilliant much needed Postpartum Plan - and she asked me to provide the yoga + breathwork element. I jumped at the opportunity, and was so honoured to be part of a programme providing essential and lifelong foundational support to new parents. Fast forward two years, and we are now working together with fellow PPP provider and Founder of Four Sides London, Megan Vickers, to offer Mini Retreats in the SW area of London that nourish, nurture and champion accessible self care and community spirit.
Our most recent retreat last Saturday (11th) did exactly that. Having sold out so quickly, we are looking to run our next one early in the new year. So keep an eye out! Thank you to Here We Flo and Aesop for your very generous goodie bag additions! And to Megan Vickers for hosting! Can't wait for our next one 😀 .

It's not often I've had the privilege of sitting before a panel of surgeons, that are not only saving and helping lives on a daily basis but also entrepreneurial in spirit, lending their expertise to propelling significant and evidence backed change in the healthcare industry. Fascinating and inspiring to learn from Dr Saahil Mehta (Plexāā) Dr emma craythorne (Klira) Alexandra Murray.
Thank you THENA Capital for hosting yet again a brilliant and insightful evening for their Future Health Tech Hub. Pamela Walker and Tatum Getty are a super team - engaging and warm, always bringing together an eclectic mix of industry experts and like minded people. I always leave refreshed, and happy, a mind full of new concepts and connections.
