Emmanuel Lubanzadio is a distinguished Public Policy professional with a remarkable track record in Government Relations and International Development.

He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Development Studies & Globalisation from Maastricht University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Politics & Political Communication from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Foreign Languages from Oral Roberts University.

Emmanuel has held key roles in various reputable organizations. Currently, he serves as the Head of Public Policy, Government & Philanthropy for Sub-Saharan Africa at Twitter. Previously, he was the Manager of Global Government Relations at Fresenius Group. Additionally, he has worked as a Junior Professional at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, a Research Assistant at Fresenius Kabi, and has undertaken training at various institutions including GIZ, Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), and the U.S. House of Representatives.
