Highlights
Looking to improve and optimize your life?
It’s International Men’s Health Week this week. With that in mind I thought I’d share a focal part of the Pitstop App - ‘The Wheel of Life’.
Partially inspired by my own journey of navigating imbalance within my own life (and subsequent health issues) and also as a recognition and reaction to the wider problems that men face today. The Wheel is a visual representation of 6 important facets of a man's life that, when working well independently, create a well balanced, fulfilling and happy life.
Health Mindset Leisure Relationships Career Finance
Of course, it’s much more complicated than this, but to me, starting simple and finding and building consistent habits within each of these sections are the building blocks to a better life.
Which part of your wheel of life do you want to prioritise this month?
To be honest I only learnt about testosterone quite recently. That frustrated me - why isn't it discussed more?
After some research, I decided to take tests to check my levels and results concluded that I had low testosterone. After receiving the correct treatment, that has now been fixed and it has totally changed my life. I now feel far less brain fog (!) in the mornings and generally have much more energy.
Why didn't I do this test years ago!
Given my personal experience and results I’ve seen, I’m trying to encourage other men to take a testosterone test and talk about this subject more openly.
To that end, at Pitstop we’re excited to be hosting a webinar. Join ex international rugby player and longevity doctor Doctor Emmett Byrne to discuss all things testosterone.
Whether you’re feeling low generally, a bit foggy in the mornings or maybe the libido isn’t quite what it once was, these can all be signs that you’re struggling with low testosterone. Why live life in hard mode?
In this FREE Webinar, Doctor Emmett Byrne will get into all the details, from how testosterone affects your health, some of the common misconceptions around it, the best ways to test your levels and some great ways that you can improve them.
I’ll be there to MC alongside Emmett, come and join us virtually (and anonymously) on June 26th.
