Enid Stern is an experienced Customer Service Expert and Technology Training Facilitator with over 20 years of expertise in these fields. She has a strong background in instructional design, training, and managing customer service operations.

Enid's diverse skill set includes proficiency in ADDIE, Train-the-Trainer programs, E-learning design and development, and working with synchronous and asynchronous learning environments. She is well-versed in Web 2.0 and 3.0 technologies. Enid is also skilled in filmmaking, with experience in writing, directing, and producing.

Her educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University, a BA in Social Sciences with a focus on Women's Studies and African-American Studies from San Francisco State University, and an MA in Education with a specialization in Online Learning and Teaching from Walden University.
