His educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Management (Media Industries) from the University of Glasgow, courses in Analytics for Decision Making and Business Statistics, a Law degree from Università degli Studi di Torino, and specialized programs in International Contracts and Broadcast Training Program related to TV production and broadcasting.

Enrico has held key positions in renowned organizations such as JTI (Japan Tobacco International), Nestlé Nespresso SA, Colombus Consulting Blue, Union Cycliste Internationale, Immoweb, and Match Group Belgium, where he served in roles ranging from directorships to consultancy and project management in marketing, ecommerce, and strategic partnerships.
