Currently serving as the Policy Director at the California Workforce Association, Eric plays a crucial role in addressing Local, Federal, and State issues related to workforce development. Prior to his current position, Eric excelled in a role focusing on Legislative affairs at the United Food and Commercial Workers Western States Council, where he actively contributed to labor bills and initiatives such as Farmworker Overtime and the Reliable Scheduling Act.

Eric's academic journey includes the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from Santa Clara University in 2015. Subsequently, he pursued a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School. Alongside his formal education, Eric engaged in valuable internships and professional experiences, including working in the office of Congressman Ami Bera in Washington DC, where he supported constituent services and played a crucial role in the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

During the 2016 election cycle, Eric leveraged his expertise and passion for politics by actively participating in campaigns for notable figures such as Henry Stern for SD 27, Cecilia Aguiar-Curry for AD 4, and the Hillary Clinton for Nevada campaigns. With a rich educational background and diverse professional experiences, Eric emerged as a skilled individual capable of navigating complex policy landscapes and contributing meaningfully to various initiatives and causes.
