Eric's role as a training leader has allowed him to design comprehensive training curriculums tailored for all levels of bank staff. His specialties encompass Sales & Marketing, Management Skills, Quality Services, and Operational Training, contributing to the holistic development of the workforce.
Before assuming his current role, Eric gained considerable experience in various organizations within the banking sector. He served as the Regional Training & Development Leader for several public listed banks. Notably, he spent eight years as the Deputy Head of the Regional Training Centre at the Bank of Communications Ltd, where he played a vital role in enhancing the training infrastructure of the organization. Additionally, he has held other significant positions, including Deputy Head of Human Resources for the same bank and Senior Training and Development Specialist at Hang Seng Bank, where he further honed his skills in nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.
Eric also served as the Director of the Bank of Communications Charitable Foundation Ltd for five years, showcasing his commitment to corporate social responsibility and community development.
