Eric Norman is an individual who has a unique background blending Lean Manufacturing with Lean Startup methodologies, with a keen interest in Just-In-Time (JIT) processes and a love for espresso.

Having learned Japanese as an adult, Eric has worked in product development at Toyota's global headquarters, known for its excellence in manufacturing.

With a track record of leadership, Eric was elected head of the student body during his time in grad school and also emerged victorious in an international competition backed by an MIT club, partnering with the cofounder of Cinder.

During his undergraduate studies, Eric spent time studying abroad in Japan, where he made history by being the first non-Japanese individual elected as the head of a dormitory, which functioned akin to a social club.

Despite not following the traditional high school path and opting for a GED for minors, Eric's drive and dedication led him to pursue higher education, culminating in a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of California, San Diego's Rady School of Management.

Currently, Eric's entrepreneurial spirit shines through as he serves as the Cofounder and CEO of Cinder, showcasing his passion for innovation and business leadership.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Eric has a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, finding joy in cooking for himself and loved ones, emphasizing the importance of personalized and healthy meals.

Moreover, Eric advocates for equal economic opportunities and fundamental peace and security for all, highlighting his commitment to social welfare and justice.
