Eric Schurenberg is a seasoned writer and editor who transitioned into managing the business side of media, serving as the President of Inc. and later as the CEO of Mansueto Ventures, the parent company of Inc. and Fast Company.

With a strong background in journalism and media, Eric has a keen interest in combating misinformation and its impact on democracy. He aims to leverage his expertise to address this critical issue and collaborate with like-minded professionals.

Eric's areas of expertise and interest include the future of media, ethics and technology, political polarization, entrepreneurship, management theory and practice, service journalism, and investing theory and practice.

His educational background includes a degree in English from Brown University and coaching from Marshall Goldsmith.

Throughout his career, Eric has held various key positions at renowned organizations such as AARP, CBS Interactive, Money Magazine, Business 2.0 Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and Goldman Sachs.

Currently, Eric serves as a Speaker, Consultant, Media Exec, and Advocate for Professional Journalism under his self-employment.
