Eric Sherby is an experienced American-Israeli lawyer with expertise in international litigation and arbitration, specializing in representing non-Israeli clients before Israeli courts and arbitrators, as well as Israeli clients in non-Israeli cases.

With a background as the Chair of the International Litigation Department at Yigal Arnon & Co. for a decade, he has vast experience in overseeing evidence taking in cases pending before American courts, with appointments made by Israeli courts and even the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Alongside his focus on international litigation and arbitration, Eric also provides counsel on mergers and acquisitions, international distribution agreements, and licensing arrangements to a diverse range of clients including major manufacturers in the energy, automotive, medical device, and diamond/jewelry industries, as well as leading financial services providers.

Eric Sherby's educational achievements include a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Columbia University in the City of New York. He has also studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Akiba Hebrew Academy.
